Infrastructure is what truly sets Tessolve apart from others. Tessolve has invested in building the ecosystem necessary for Chip and Systems Development. This includes a 24/7 ATE test floor, a system level test lab which prepares products for certification, a reliability and characterization lab and final a PCB FAB. These facilities are designed for engineering development and low volume production and are located across Asia to support our customers’ production sites.
Test Floor
One setup, multiple offerings
Our Test Floor represents Tessolve’s extensive breadth of testing services clubbed under one roof. The floor is run 24/7 with technicians and operators to increase tester utilization and optimize development cycle time for customers. Also equipped with probers and handlers to run low volume production for engineering samples or our smaller customers. Our test floors are located close to our customers’ production sites including Singapore, India, and Malaysia.

With our FA & Reliability Lab supporting the industry, companies can be assured of the best reliability test.
PCB Fab
Flawless fabrication, seamless system design
We understand that you need the best when it comes to PCB design, FAB and assembly services. In addition to Tessolve’s strong PCB design team, we now have an internal FAB capability as well. This allows us to improve efficiency and thus reduce cycle time. Our FAB specializes in Burn in Boards, System Boards and ATE boards. Keeping our customer at heart for all PCB designs that are not suited for our internal FAB we rely on our strong partners to provide turnkey solutions no matter the design.
STPI Smart Lab
Bench to ATE testing
Modern circuitry, with technological advances, have become increasingly complex and as a result susceptible to increased flaws and bugs when designed. Hence, one of the most important benchmarks in board design is bench characterization and at Tessolve, our Bench Characterization Lab is one of the best infrastructures to creating the right test conditions to asses and qualify various applications and device specifications.
San Jose Test Lab
Tessolve inaugurated its Test Engineering Lab in the heart of Silicon Valley, San Jose on Mar 23, 2022. We offer access to test engineering and program development experts and access to testers. The lab reflects our capability as a partner for semiconductor OEMs and associated technology and electronics manufacturers. The lab will be designed and equipped with the following test instruments:
